Question:  What are the disrupters to access to quality music education for income disadvantaged students in Chicago?  Can we address this inequity?   

Method:  In the Jesuit tradition of Service to Others, this is engaged learning.  It is practiced at the graduate level by the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola and Peter W. Stonebraker Ph.D, whose research papers on the topic have won him national recognition.  

Solution:  At StringWizards, we examine, engage, and then evaluate on our pragmatic, attainable responses to the above inequity.
